TE Pipeline Conditions for 2/15/2020

For Gas Day February 15, 2020, Texas Eastern (TE) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to TE's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding TE's operational capacity:

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements flowing through the Perulack/Chambersburg Compressor Stations. TE will not allow any increases in receipts sourced from points west Perulack/Chambersburg for delivery to points east of Perulack/Chambersburg except for Firm No-Notice services.

TE has restricted interruptible, TABS and secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced on the Leidy Line for delivery off the Leidy Line. No increases in receipt nominations will be accepted on the Leidy Line.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A on the Philadelphia Lateral. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A will be accepted except for Firm No-Notice services.

Due to the ongoing Force Majeure, until further notice, TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path, secondary in path and a portion of primary firm nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Danville Compressor Station (Danville) or in M3 for delivery south of Danville. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Danville or in M3 for delivery south of Danville will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either on the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne Compressor Station (Berne) or in M3 for delivery south of Berne. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne or in M3 for delivery south of Berne will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either on the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Tompkinsville Compressor Station (Tompkinsville) or in M3 for delivery south of Tompkinsville. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Tompkinsville or in M3 for delivery south of Tompkinsville will be accepted.

TE has restricted and sealed nominations on TE's lease capacity with Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) to TE's Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ).

TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and a portion of secondary within path delivery nominations to meter 75919 (TRANSCO - BELLE MEADE, NJ). No increases in delivery nominations to meter 75919 will be accepted.

TE has restricted a portion of interruptible nominations on the Marietta Mainline Extension, for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension for delivery on the Marietta Mainline Extension. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension, for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, for delivery downstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations on the Marietta Mainline Extension, excluding capacity for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension for delivery on the Marietta Mainline Extension. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension, excluding capacity for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, for delivery downstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension will be accepted.


TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and a portion of secondary in path nominations not to a primary delivery point nominations sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery south of Lebanon to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock. No increases in receipts sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1- 30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between LGV and N. Little Rock will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced upstream of the West Monroe Station for delivery downstream of the West Monroe Station. No increases in receipts sourced upstream of the West Monroe Station for delivery downstream of the West Monroe Station will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA, or ELA. No increases in receipt nominations sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA or ELA will be accepted.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of short TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX, ELA and WLA and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24 and M1- 30 will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of long TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24, M2-30 and M3 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

The M2-24 Operational Flow Order effective January 24, 2020 will remain in effect until further notice.

The M1-24 Operational Flow Order effective January 24, 2020 will remain in effect until further notice.

The M3 Operational Flow Order effective February 13, 2020 will remain in effect until further notice.

TE requires all shippers and point operators in Market Area Zones M1-30" and M2-30" to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Additionally, TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones WLA and ELA to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones WLA and ELA are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Furthermore, TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones STX and ETX to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones STX and ETX are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.
