Tropical Storm Barry - Evacuation of All Personnel at SS-207 - Update


Notice Text:

As a result of production shut-ins related to Tropical Storm Barry, Nautilus is no longer transporting quantities adequate for the Enterprise Neptune plant to continue processing offshore gas deliveries from Nautilus. Nautilus will be reducing scheduled quantities at the Manta Ray @ SS207 A (meter NA036) receipt point to zero effective for the July 11, 2019 gas day and until further notice.

This event constitutes a point specific Force Majeure for all gas received at the Manta Ray @ SS207 A receipt point, pursuant to section 25 of the General Terms and Conditions of Nautilus' FERC Gas Tariff.

The point specific Force Majeure for the Anaconda @ SS207 and the Manta Ray @ S207 B meter remain in effect.
