TE Pipeline Conditions for 7/10/2019

For Gas Day July 10, 2019, Texas Eastern (TE) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to TE's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding TE's operational capacity:

TE has restricted and sealed nominations on TE's lease capacity with Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) to TE's Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ).

TE has restricted TABS, interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced from points east of Lambertville for delivery to points west of Lambertville. No increases for receipt nominations sourced from points east of Lambertville for delivery to points west of Lambertville will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements for deliveries between Marietta and up to Lambertville on TE's 36 inch line which have receipts sourced outside this delivery area. No increases in nominations delivering to locations between Marietta and up to Lambertville on TE's 36 inch line which have receipts sourced outside this delivery area will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and a portion of secondary within path delivery nominations to meter 75919 (TRANSCO - BELLE MEADE, NJ). No increases in delivery nominations to meter 75919 will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations on the Marietta Mainline Extension, excluding capacity for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension for delivery on the Marietta Mainline Extension. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension, excluding capacity for rate schedules FT-1MX and IT-1MX, for delivery downstream of the Marietta Mainline Extension will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either on the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne Compressor Station (Berne) or in M3 for delivery south of Berne. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne or in M3 for delivery south of Berne will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced either on the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Wheelersburg Compressor Station (Wheelersburg) or in M3 for delivery south of Wheelersburg. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Wheelersburg or in M3 for delivery south of Wheelersburg will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced either on the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Tompkinsville Compressor Station (Tompkinsville) or in M3 for delivery south of Tompkinsville. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Tompkinsville or in M3 for delivery south of Tompkinsville will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and secondary in path nominations not to a primary delivery point sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30" north of Barton Compressor Station (Barton), M2-30" or in M3 for delivery south of Barton. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30" north of Barton, M2-30" or in M3 for delivery south of Barton will be accepted.

TE has scheduled and sealed nominations to meter number 75506 (Columbia Gulf) Adair, CO. Kentucky. No increases to delivery nominations to meter 75506 will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery south of Lebanon to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock. No increases in receipts sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1- 30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between LGV and N. Little Rock will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2- 30", M3 or ELA north of Union Church Compressor Station (Union Church) for delivery south of Union Church. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2-30", M3 or ELA north of Union Church for delivery south of Union Church will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA, or ELA. No increases in receipt nominations sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA or ELA will be accepted.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline Integrity Project, TE is conducting a DOT pipe replacement between Mt. Belvieu to Vidor Compressor Stations on 30" Line 16, a single line system, at MP 398.55 (East of Moss Bluff Gas Storage - 75773).

Due to this work, TE has restricted interruptible and secondary out of path nominations exceeding entitlements, resulting in 0 Dth (Zero Flow) thru MP 398.55 (South of Vidor Station) for nominations sourced north of MP 398.55 in STX, WLA, ELA, M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2-30" and M3 for deliveries to STX (South of MP 398.55), including the McAllen Line, and Longview to Huntsville (ETX)

Additionally, TE has scheduled and sealed nominations , resulting in 0 Dth (Zero Flow) thru MP 398.55 (South of Vidor) for nominations sourced in STX (South of MP 398.55), including the McAllen Line and Longview to Huntsville (ETX) for deliveries north of MP 398.55 in STX, WLA, ELA, M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2-30" and M3.

During this outage, TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones STX and ETX to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones STX and ETX are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

TE requests that customers/point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA and ELA be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

TE requires all Power Plant Operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA and ELA to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698. Information required includes the hourly consumption profile of directly connected power generation facilities.

As previously posted, due to the unplanned outage on line 41-A in the Cameron System, the following meters will be unavailable for flow:

72135 - MARATHON - VER(S) 369-A, LA
73646 - ARENA OFFSHORE, LP -EC 328
73696 - GOMEX VR 282

TE has Force Balanced a portion of short TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX, ELA and WLA and Market Area zones M1-24, M1-30, M2-24 and M2-30 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of long TABS pools in Access Area zones STX, ETX and ELA and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24, M2-30 and M3 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA, ELA, Market Area Zones M1-30, M2-30 and M3 to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA, ELA, Market Area Zones M1-30, M2- 30 and M3 are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Additionally, TE requires all shippers and point operators in Market Area Zones M1-24 and M2-24 to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.
