TE Pipeline Conditions for 5/15/2019

For Gas Day May 15, 2019, Texas Eastern (TE) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to TE's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding TE's operational capacity:

TE has restricted and sealed nominations on TE's lease capacity with Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) to TE's Maximum Daily Quantity (MDQ).

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A on the Philadelphia Lateral. No increases in deliveries sourced upstream of Chester Junction Line 1A for delivery downstream of Chester Junction Line 1A will be accepted except for Firm No-Notice services.

TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and a portion of secondary within path delivery nominations to meter 75919 (TRANSCO - BELLE MEADE, NJ). No increases in delivery nominations to meter 75919 will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne Compressor Station (Berne) or in M3 for delivery south of Berne. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M2-30" north of Berne or in M3 for delivery south of Berne will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements and secondary out of path nominations within entitlement sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30" north of Barton Compressor Station (Barton), M2-30" or in M3 for delivery south of Barton. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30" north of Barton, M2-30" or in M3 for delivery south of Barton will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations to meter number 75506 (Columbia Gulf) Adair, CO. Kentucky. No increases to delivery nominations to meter 75506 will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2- 30", M3 or ELA north of Union Church Compressor Station (Union Church) for delivery south of Union Church. No increases for receipt nominations sourced either in the M1-24", M2-24", M1-30", M2-30", M3 or ELA north of Union Church for delivery south of Union Church will be accepted.

TE has restricted interruptible and a portion of secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1-30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery south of Lebanon to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between Longview and N. Little Rock. No increases in receipts sourced in STX, WLA, ELA, M1- 30", M2-30", M3 and receipt points north of Lebanon on the M2-24 for delivery to the M1-24", M2-24" or delivery locations in ETX between LGV and N. Little Rock will be accepted.

To comply with the applicable regulatory requirements associated with TE's ongoing DOT Pipeline
Integrity Project, TE will be conducting cleaner tool runs from Longview to Lebanon 24" Line 1, a single line system.

Additionally, depending on the level of nominations during these cleaners, the following restrictions will be required:

A.Nominations sourced in ETX for delivery in STX, WLA and ELA are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services.
B.Nominations sourced between Longview and North Little Rock for delivery south of Longview (ETX), STX, WLA and ELA, are anticipated for interruptible, secondary services and possibly for primary firm services.


As previously posted, Santa Fe to CENAGAS Mexico (EOL): April 10 - May 18

TE will be conducting DOT pipe replacements between Santa Fe Station to CENAGAS Mexico (EOL)
on 30" Line 16. During this work, the following meters will be unavailable for flow during the outage:

During this outage, TE requires all delivery point operators south of Santa Fe Station to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators south of Santa Fe Station are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

TE requests that customers/point operators south of Santa Fe be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of short TABS pools in Access Area zones ETX, STX, ELA and WLA and Market Area zones M1-24, M1-30, M2-24 and M2-30 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE has Force Balanced a portion of long TABS pools in Access Area zones STX, ETX and ELA and Market Area zones M1-24, M2-24, M2-30 and M3 and will continue to throughout subsequent nomination cycles.

TE requires all delivery point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA, ELA, Market Area Zones M1-30, M2-30 and M3 to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators in Access Area Zones STX, ETX, WLA, ELA, Market Area Zones M1-30, M2- 30 and M3 are required to keep actual daily receipts into the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

Additionally, TE requires all shippers and point operators in Market Area Zones M1-24 and M2-24 to carefully review demand for gas and schedule gas consistent with daily needs and to tender and receive gas consistent with confirmed nominations regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.
