ETNG Pipeline Conditions for 2/10/2019

For Gas Day February 10, 2019, East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to ETNG's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding ETNG's operational capacity:

The previously posted Force Majeure event due to an unplanned outage downstream of its Dixon Springs compressor station in Dixon Springs, Tennessee which occurred on December 15, 2018 is still in effect.

East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (ETNG) declared a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff due to an unplanned outage downstream of its Dixon Springs compressor station in Dixon Springs, Tennessee on December 15, 2018.

Due to the current Force Majeure conditions, effective December 19, 2018, and continuing until further notice, East Tennessee is issuing this OFO pursuant to Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, allowing parties to deliver gas to M&R 57000 representing the LNG facility in Sullivan County, TN, for the purpose of in-line custody transfer to those Customers who have MDRO at the LNG Facility for redelivery to those Customers primary delivery points on a primary firm basis.

ETNG has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements and 100% secondary out of path nominations within entitlements sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line. No increases in nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line will be accepted.

The operational flow order for all meters located between Tracy City and Topside effective February 8, 2019 will remain in effect until further notice.

ETNG requires all delivery point operators east of Boyds Creek to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators east of Boyds Creek are required to keep actual receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
