ETNG Pipeline Conditions for 1/11/2018 -- INTRADAY

Due to intraday nomination changes for Gas Day January 11, 2019, the following restrictions will be in place on the East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) system for Gas Day January 11, 2019:

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line. No increases in nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line will be accepted.

In addition, the following restrictions will remain in place on ETNG for Gas Day January 11, 2019:

The previously posted Force Majeure event due to an unplanned outage downstream of its Dixon Springs compressor station in Dixon Springs, Tennessee which occurred on December 15, 2018 is still in effect.

East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (ETNG) declared a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff due to an unplanned outage downstream of its Dixon Springs compressor station in Dixon Springs, Tennessee on December 15, 2018.

Due to the current Force Majeure conditions, effective December 19, 2018, and continuing until further notice, East Tennessee is issuing this OFO pursuant to Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, allowing parties to deliver gas to M&R 57000 representing the LNG facility in Sullivan County, TN, for the purpose of in-line custody transfer to those Customers who have MDRO at the LNG Facility for redelivery to those Customers primary delivery points on a primary firm basis.

ETNG has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path nominations, secondary in path nominations not to a primary delivery and 100% secondary in path nominations to a primary delivery sourced west of Monterey Compressor Station (Monterey) for delivery east of Monterey. No increases in nominations sourced west of Monterey for delivery east of Monterey will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and 100% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced west of Tracy City Compressor Station (Tracy City) for delivery east of Tracy City. No increases in nominations sourced west of Tracy City for delivery east of Tracy City will be accepted.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed deliveries east of station 3313 on the 8 inch 3300 line between Rural Retreat and Roanoke. No increases in deliveries east of station 3313 on the 8 inch 3300 line between Rural Retreat and Roanoke will be accepted.

The operational flow order for all meters east of the Boyds Creek Compressor Station effective January 9, 2019 will remain in effect until further notice.

The operational flow order for all meters located between Tracy City and Topside effective January 9, 2019 will remain in effect until further notice.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
