ETNG Pipeline Conditions for 12/23/2018

For Gas Day December 23, 2018, East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to ETNG's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding ETNG's operational capacity:

Due to the ongoing Force Majeure, ETNG has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path nominations, secondary in path nominations and 100% primary firm nominations flowing through the Dixon Springs Compressor Station. ETNG will not allow any increases in receipts sourced from points west of Dixon Springs for delivery to points east of Dixon Springs on the 3100 Line.

Additionally, the following meters will be unavailable until further notice:

The Operational Flow Order posted on December 18, 2018 will remain in effect until further notice:

East Tennessee Natural Gas, LLC (ETNG) declared a Force Majeure in accordance with Section 24 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff due to an unplanned outage downstream of its Dixon Springs compressor station in Dixon Springs, Tennessee on December 15, 2018.

Due to the current Force Majeure conditions, effective December 19, 2018, and continuing until further notice, East Tennessee is issuing this OFO pursuant to Section 14 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, allowing parties to deliver gas to M&R 57000 representing the LNG facility in Sullivan County, TN, for the purpose of in-line custody transfer to those Customers who have MDRO at the LNG Facility for redelivery to those Customers primary delivery points on a primary firm basis.

The previously posted Force Majeure event due to an unplanned outage at its Rural Retreat Compressor Station in Rural Retreat, Virginia which occurred on December 16, 2018 is still in effect.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and 100% secondary out of path nominations sourced at ETNG's interconnect with Tennessee Gas Pipeline at Lobelville Meter Station 53201 on the 3200 Line. No increases in receipts sourced from Lobelville Meter Station 53201 will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and approximately 79% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements sourced from points west of Lewisburg Compressor Station (Lewisburg) for delivery to points east of Lewisburg. No increases in nominations sourced from points west of Lewisburg for delivery to points east of Lewisburg will be accepted.


ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations flowing north through Madisonville to the 3100, 3200 north of Madisonville, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines. No increases in nominations sourced south of Madisonville for delivery on the 3100, 3200 north of Madisonville, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and approximately 17% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements flowing north through Maryville to the 3100, 3200 north of Maryville, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines. No increases in nominations sourced south of Maryville for delivery on the 3100, 3200 north of Maryville, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines will be accepted.

ETNG has interruptible, secondary out of path nominations, secondary in path nominations and approximately 23% primary firm nominations sourced east of Boyds Creek Compressor Station (Boyds Creek) for delivery west of Boyds Creek. No increases in nominations sourced east of Boyds Creek for delivery west of Boyds Creek will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and approximately 79% secondary out of path receipts sourced at Transco Cascade Creek. The following meters will be limited to a net -0- receipt into the ETNG system:

59204 - TRANSCO - CASCADE CREEK (DELIVERY)
59304 - TRANSCO - CASCADE CREEK (RECEIPT)

Furthermore, the system wide OFO effective December 15, 2018 will remain in effect until further notice.

ETNG requests that customers/point operators on ETNG be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.
