1. Unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices section of this website, Saltville is currently permitting a customer to submit nominations for quantities in excess of the Maximum Daily Injection Quantity ("MDIQ") and /or Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity ("MDWQ") described in Section 2 of Rate Schedules FSS, ISS, IPS and ILS and specified in a the applicable service agreement between Saltville and the scheduled only to the extent operationally feasible.

2. Under definition of the terms "Maximum Daily Injection Quantity" and "Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity" in Section 1 of its General Terms and Conditions and Rate Schedules ISS żż 2.2, IPS żż 2.2 and ILS żż 2.2, unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices section of this website, Saltville is not currently requiring ratable injections and withdrawals or receipts and deliveries on its system.

3. Saltville is willing to waive the provisions of Section 8.2 of its General Terms and Conditions and NAESB WGQ Standard Nos. 1.3.7 and 2.3.5 in order to make retroactive adjustments for Saltville's errors, reconciliations of operational balancing agreements, and scheduled volume discrepancies identified at interconnecting facilities outside of the NAESB WGQ standard confirmation cycles. In addition, Saltville will accept, for a period of up to three business days after the end of a gas day, retroactive adjustments for customer errors provided that the requested changes (i) are authorized by all affected parties, (ii) improve an imbalance position for the parties impacted, (iii) do not cause scheduled volume discrepancies at interconnecting arbitrage, and (iv) do not impact Saltville or other customers in a detrimental manner. All required confirmations must be submitted to Saltville by the close of business on the tenth business day after the end of the applicable gas day.

4. Pursuant to Section 24 of the General Terms and conditions of Saltville's FERC Gas Tariff, Saltville is waiving the requirements in NAESB WGQ Standard No. 0.3.4 that Customer acknowledge receipt of Saltville's request for information needed by Saltville in order to perform a creditworthiness evaluation for such Customer.

5. Pursuant to Section 24 of the General Terms and conditions ("GT&C") of Saltville's FERC Gas Tariff, Saltville may mutually agree with Customer to allow Customer additional time to provide the security required by GT&C Section 3.4 if Customer needs additional time to provide such security and has demonstrated a good faith effort to provide such security.
