Notice Text:

For Gas Day April 8, 2021, East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to ETNG's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding ETNG's operational capacity:

ETNG has restricted interruptible, secondary out of path and 100% secondary in path nominations sourced west of Wartburg Compressor Station (Wartburg) for delivery east of Wartburg. No increases in nominations sourced west of Wartburg for delivery east of Wartburg will be accepted.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced west of Gainsboro Compressor Station (Gainsboro) for delivery east of Gainsboro. No increases in nominations sourced west of Gainsboro for delivery east of Gainsboro will be accepted.

ETNG has restricted interruptible and approximately 84% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements flowing north through Calhoun to the 3100, 3200 north of Calhoun, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines. No increases in nominations sourced south of Calhoun for delivery on the 3100, 3200 north of Calhoun, 3300, 3400 (Nora Line), 3600 (Patriot extension) and 3700 (Jewell Ridge) lines will be accepted.

ETNG requires all delivery point operators east of Boyds Creek to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators east of Boyds Creek are required to keep actual receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
