NOTICE OF GAS AVAILABLE FOR SALE

ETNG will have 600,000 Dekatherms ("Dth") of natural gas available for sale to be delivered ratably over the month of April 2021 (20,000 Dth/d) at its Lobelville interconnect with Tennessee Gas Pipeline (Meter number 53201). ETNG will receive bids up to the total quantity of 600,000 Dth for the month of April 2021, from any party whose senior unsecured, non-credit enhanced debt (or the debt of its guarantor) has an investment-grade rating from S&P or Moody's, or who otherwise adequately demonstrates its creditworthiness to ETNG. Bids are due by 9:30 a.m., Central Time on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, and shall be submitted by email to Lisa.Atkins@enbridge.com. Bid email should include daily volume, location, and fixed price. Only fixed price bids will be accepted. To qualify as a valid bidder, a party must already have a completed Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas ("Gas Sales Agreement") with ETNG. A blank version of the form is available below on this website. The Gas Sales Agreement must be signed by a person authorized to bind the bidder, and any such signed agreement shall constitute an offer to purchase that may be accepted by ETNG countersigning and returning such Gas Sales Agreement by email. ETNG reserves the right to reject any bid(s) that includes special provisions to the Gas Sales Agreement.

This notice does not constitute an offer by ETNG to sell gas to any party. ETNG reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without disclosing the reasons therefore, to accept a bid partially (with respect to a portion of the quantity); to reject or counter any or all bids; to postpone, cancel, or extend the dates involved in the process; to enter into negotiations with one or more bidders or third parties at any time; and to accept a bid without affecting the status of any other bid.
