ETNG Pipeline Conditions for 8/28/2020 -- REVISED

Notice Text:

For Gas Day August 28, 2020, East Tennessee Natural Gas (ETNG) has approved and scheduled nominations at each pipeline segment and meter station up to ETNG's operational capacity. The following locations have been restricted due to requested nominations exceeding ETNG's operational capacity:

Due to a planned outage, ETNG has restricted interruptible and 100% secondary out of path nominations that exceed entitlements flowing through the Dixon Springs Compressor Station. ETNG will not allow any increases in receipts sourced from points west of Dixon Springs for delivery to points east of Dixon Springs on the 3100 Line.

ETNG has scheduled and sealed nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line. No increases in nominations sourced from points west of Topside for delivery on the 3300 Line will be accepted.

Johnson City - Elizabethton Lateral Line 3307C-100 Pipeline Outage:
As part of ETNG's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system ETNG will be conducting a hydrostatic test on the Johnson City - Elizabethton Lateral Line 3307C-100. During this outage the following meters will be unavailable for flow for the entire outage:

59028 - UCG JOHNSON CITY EAST
59070 - UCG ELIZABETHTON

ETNG requires all delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative. All receipt point operators are required to keep actual receipts into the system equal to or greater than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position unless otherwise coordinated with your operations account representative.

If necessary, ETNG will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.

Customers are advised that capacity may become available as the nomination and confirmation process continues throughout the day.

Please contact your Operations Account Representative should you have any questions.
