AGT Planned Outage Schedule -- Update

Notice Text:

AGT Planned Outages

Below is a list of major outages known to date that will affect capacity or that impact major receipt/delivery areas on the Algonquin Gas Transmission (AGT) system. Due to unforeseen delays or scheduling conflicts, the dates of the outages listed below are subject to change. In addition, this schedule is not a complete list of all outages that will occur this outage season, and we reserve the right to update this list to reflect additional major outages when the timing of such major outages can be reasonably forecasted. Any changes to the list below will be posted at the earliest practical date. Furthermore, when operationally feasible, AGT will coordinate with upstream and downstream point operators as necessary, to help minimize the operational impact of outages.Parties are urged to monitor these posting to access the most current information.

Mainline Outages:

*Stony Point to Southeast:

May 24, 2019 - TBD

Cleaning Tool Date: Complete

In-Line Tool Date: Complete

Tool Run Results/ Potential Repairs: In Progress

Enhanced Survey Analysis Results/ Potential Repairs: TBD, 2020

As part of AGT's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, AGT will be conducting detailed investigations on its 26" Main Line between its Stony Point and Southeast compressor stations. As a result of these investigations, AGT will be adjusting its operating pressure on the 26" Main Line to accommodate these investigations.

AGT has determined that the current pressure restriction will remain through the winter until AGT can complete its assessments and appropriately remediate identified anomalies. AGT currently anticipates capacity impacts to be less than 40,000 Dth/d.

AGT will be conducting further detailed investigations on its 26" Main Line between Stony Point and Southeast compressor stations. Please refer to the Operational Capacity Matrix for a list of mainline capacities until these further detailed investigations are complete.

Depending on the results of the ILI Tool run and if further detailed investigations are required which result in a reduction of capacity; AGT will post on its EBB as soon as it is known.

26" Main Line - Lambertville Meter Station (00210 ALGONQUIN - LAMBERTVILLE, NJ) - to Mahwah Meter Station (MR 00201 MAHWAH BERGEN,NJ):

August 29, 2019 - TBD

Cleaning Tool Date: Complete

In-Line Tool Date: Complete

Tool Run Results/ Potential Repairs: July 28; July 28; July 28

Enhanced Survey Analysis Results/ Potential Repairs: TBD, 2020

As part of AGT's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, AGT will be conducting further detailed investigations on its 26" Main Line between its Lambertville and Mahwah meter stations. As a result of these investigations, AGT will be adjusting its operating pressure on 26" Main Line between Lambertville and Mahwah meter stations to accommodate these investigations.

As a result, during these investigations, AGT currently anticipates the capacity loss for receipts sourced west of Hanover with this pressure restriction to be approximately 60,000 Dth/d.

Additionally, during these pressure restrictions, AGT currently anticipates the capacity loss for receipts sourced east of Hanover with this pressure restriction to be approximately 47,000 Dth/d, which includes the TE/ AGT Lease Capacity.

Depending on the results of the ILI Tool run and if further detailed investigations are required which result in a reduction of capacity; AGT will post on its EBB as soon as it is known.

24" Main Line - Burrillville to End Of Line (EOL):

In-Line Tool Date: Complete

Tool Run Results/ Potential Repairs: Complete

Enhanced Survey Analysis Results/ Potential Repairs: May 4, 2020

As part of AGT's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, AGT will be conducting detailed investigations on its 24" Main Line between Burrillville to the End of Line.

If as a result of these investigations and restrictions are required which result in a further reduction of capacity; AGT will post on its EBB as soon as it is known.

In addition, any repairs involving Burrillville to EOL 24" M/L Valve Sections 6-8 will impact flow to the J-1 system. In the event an isolation is required in these valve sections, meters 00027, 00028, 00032, 00057, 00074, 00080, 00089, 00826 will potentially need to source their supply from receipt meters 00206 and/or 00271.

Based on historical nominations, AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary services and potentially primary firm services.

36" Line L36B - Cromwell to Burrillville -

July 6 - November 1, 2020

As part of AGT's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, AGT will be conducting a pipeline outage on its 36" Line L36B between its Cromwell and Burrillville compressor stations.

Based on historical nominations through Burrillville, AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible and a portion of secondary services.  Please review the operational capacity matrix for reductions in capacity associated with this outage.

30" Main Line L30B - Burrillville to End Of Line (EOL) - DOT Pipeline Integrity Project:

September 8 - September 14, 2020

As part of AGT's comprehensive integrity assessment of its pipeline system, AGT will be conducting further detailed investigations on its 30" Main Line L30B between the Burrillville compressor station and the EOL. As a result of these investigations, capacity through the Burrillville compressor station will be reduced from a seasonal capacity to approximately 386,000 Dth/d.

Based on historical nominations, AGT anticipates restrictions to interruptible, secondary and primary firm services.

Shippers looking for alternative flow path options can source gas from the following receipt points to avoid potential restrictions related to this outage:

MR 00271 - EVERETT INT. (MIDDLESEX, MA)

MR 00205 - MENDON

MR 00215 - SALEM ESSEX CO., MA (ESSEX, MA)

AGT will be suspending its No-Notice Service for deliveries downstream of the Burrillville compressor station for the duration of this outage.

During this outage, AGT requests that customers/point operators downstream of Burrillville be aware of the impact non-ratable hourly takes from the system may have in causing delivery pressures reaching lower than desired levels.

Hanover Compressor Station Outage:

October 15 - October 17, 2020

AGT will be conducting a compressor station outage at its Hanover compressor station.During this time, AGT will be limited to a net of approximately 350,000 Dth/day for delivery to TE Lambertville (MR 00210) and TE Hanover (MR 00211), which includes the TE/ AGT Lease Capacity.

Based on historical nominations AGT doesn't anticipate restrictions at this time. However, if flow patterns change, restrictions may be required for interruptible, secondary services and potentially primary firm services.
