Blanket Tariff Waiver

1. Under Section 11 of its General Terms and Conditions, Algonquin waives its rights and/or Customer's obligations under the following provisions of its tariff:

Under Section 22.4 of its General Terms and Conditions, unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website, Algonquin is currently allowing Customers to revise nominations on a prospective basis under an interruptible rate schedules any time prior to the end of the gas day being scheduled, provided that, in Algonquin's reasonable judgment, Algonquin may implement such revision under existing operating conditions and such revision shall cause no determent to any other firm or interruptible service.

Under Rate Schedules AFT-4 żż 5.3, AIT-1 żż 5.3, AIT-2 żż 5.3 and T-1 żż 5.3, and unless otherwise posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website, Algonquin is allowing Customer to take delivery gas in excess of uniform hourly rates so long as such non-ratable deliveries do not pose a threat to the operations of the system or Pipeline's ability to meet its firm obligations.

4. Under Section 25 of its General Terms and Conditions, Algonquin monitors, on a real-time basis, the inputs and outputs on the system, and while it does not rigidly enforce the daily balancing requirement on the system, it does require balancing if an imbalance would be material to the operation of the pipeline or present the potential either for operational problems or interference with service to other Customers. With respect to cumulative or monthly imbalances, Algonquin is in contact with its Customers throughout the month and continues to work with them with the following goals: maintaining the minimum possible monthly imbalances, reducing possible arbitrage o the system, minimizing adverse impacts for cashouts on the FRQ Deferred Account, and minimizing credit exposure.

5. Algonquin will waive the provisions of Section 22.1 and 28.4 of its General Terms and Conditions and NAESB WGQ Standards 1.3.7 and 2.3.5 in order to make retroactive adjustments for Algonquin errors, reconciliations of operational balancing agreements, and scheduled volume discrepancies identified at interconnecting facilities outside of the NAESB WGQ standard confirmation cycles. In addition, Algonquin will accept, for a period of up to three business days after the end of a gas day, retroactive adjustments for customer errors provided that the requested changes (i) are authorized by all affected parties, (ii) improve an imbalance position for the parties impacted, (iii) do not cause scheduled volume discrepancies at interconnecting arbitrage, and (iv) do not impact Algonquin or other customers in a detrimental manner. All required confirmations must be submitted to Algonquin by the close of business on the tenth business day after the end of applicable gas day.

6. Under Section 27 and 28 of the General Terms and Conditions, Algonquin is allowing parties to submit predetermined allocation methodologies ("PDA") at any time up until one (1) hour before the end of Gas Day.

7. Pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Algonquin's FERC Gas Tariff, Algonquin is waiving the requirements in NAESB WGQ Standard No. 0.3.4 that Customer acknowledge receipt of Algonquin's request for information needed by Algonquin in order to perform a creditworthiness evaluation for such Customer.

8. Pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions ("GT&C") of Algonquin's FERC Gas Tariff, Algonquin may mutually by GT&C Section 3.2 if Customer needs additional time to provide such security and has demonstrated a good faith effort to provide such security.
