Enbridge Gas Transmission & Midstream - Business Continuity Update (COVID-19) - Update #3

Notice Text:

At Enbridge (ENB), safety is a top priority. ENB continues to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic situation and following the latest guidance provided by local, state, federal and international public-health and government authorities. Currently, ENB does not anticipate any material impacts to its business resulting from recent government stay-at-home orders. The transportation of natural gas has been deemed an essential service critical to supporting human life, which allows ENB's critical employees to continue doing their job functions as usual.

The business continuity plans ENB has employed enable it to manage unfolding developments related to COVID-19. ENB maintains and regularly trains on its crisis planning protocols as a matter of standard operating procedures, adding layers of resiliency and redundancy to our business should we need to further escalate. To date, ENB has taken steps to help prevent its employees' exposure and doing our part in helping prevent the spread of the virus. ENB has enacted work-at-home plans across the organization, except for critical business functions such as Gas Control, Field Operations, and Technology Information Systems. These critical functions, including ENB's commercial services functions, continue to remain available to ensure that ENB will continue to provide safe and reliable service to the communities and customers we serve.

ENB understands the continued importance of the protection of our employees' health and well-being, and the safety and reliability of our systems in order to meet your needs. As previously mentioned, ENB is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, and the threat level will be continuously re-evaluated to make sure ENB's assets will continue to be operated safely and reliably. However, if anything should change ENB will post that information on its EBB at that time.

Please contact your Account Representative if you have any questions.
