Enbridge Gas Transmission & Midstream - Business Continuity Update (COVID-19) - Update #2

At Enbridge (ENB), safety is our top priority. We continue to take proactive measures to protect the health and safety of our employees and the public during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of ENB's business continuity plan for COVID-19, we are closely monitoring the situation. ENB maintains and regularly trains on its crisis planning protocols as a matter of standard operating procedures, adding layers of resiliency and redundancy to our business should we need to further escalate.

ENB is staying closely connected to recommendations from public health authorities, including the CDC, to determine if additional response measures are warranted. As such, ENB is taking steps to help prevent its employees' exposure and doing our part in helping prevent the spread of the virus. Beginning March 17, ENB is enacting work-at-home plans across the organization, except for critical business functions such as Gas Control, Field Operations, and Technology Information Systems. These critical functions, including ENB's commercial services functions, will remain available to ensure that ENB will continue to provide safe and reliable service to the communities and customers we serve. ENB has further plans in place to provide additional redundancy and resiliency to its Gas Control and Field Operations staff to ensure that should critical operational functions need to be re-located; those processes would occur seamlessly.

Also, as part of ENB's business continuity plans, ENB has taken the necessary steps to ensure there are no changes with your communications with your account representatives. All remotely working ENB employees will continue to be available via their regular communication methods to ensure your business interactions remain consistent and uninterrupted. For a roster of all available Operational Account Representatives, please refer to the Operational Account Manager Availability screen on the LINK® System. All other hotline and after-hour numbers remain unchanged.

ENB understands the continued importance of the protection of our employees' health and well-being, and the safety and reliability of our systems in order to meet your needs. As previously mentioned, ENB is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic, and the threat level will be continuously re-evaluated to make sure ENB's assets will continue to be operated safely and reliably. ENB will continue to provide further updates as necessary on its EBB.
