Blanket Tariff Waiver


Notice Text:

1. Under definition of the terms "Maximum Daily Delivery Obligation", and "Maximum Daily Injection Quantity", "Maximum Daily Receipt Obligation" and "Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity" in Section 1 of its General Terms and Conditions and unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website, Steckman Ridge is not currently requiring ratable injections and withdrawals or receipts and deliveries on its system.

2. Under Section 10.2(c) of its General Terms and Conditions, unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website, Steckman Ridge is accepting intra-day nominations for reductions of previously scheduled quantities if such nomination is explicitly confirmed and subject to any necessary confirmations from upstream or downstream interconnected pipelines.

3. Under Section 2.3 of Rate Schedule FSS, Steckman Ridge is allowing injections in excess of a Customer's MDIQ so long as it can do so without interfering with the provision of services to other customers.

4. Under Section 2.4 of Rate Schedule FSS, Steckman Ridge is allowing withdrawals in excess of a customer's MDWQ so long as it can do so without interfering with the provisions of services to other customers.

5. Steckman Ridge will waive the provisions NAESB WGQ Standard Nos. 1.3.7 and 2.3.5 in order to make retroactive adjustments for Steckman Ridge errors, reconciliations of operational balancing agreements, and scheduled volume discrepancies identified at interconnecting facilities outside of the NAESB WGQ standard confirmation cycles. In addition, Steckman Ridge will accept, for a period of up to three business days after the end of a gas day, retroactive adjustments for customer errors provided that the requested changes (i) are authorized by all affected parties, (ii) improve an imbalance position for the parties impacted, (iii) do not cause scheduled volume discrepancies at interconnecting arbitrage, and (iv) do not impact Steckman Ridge or other customers in a detrimental manner. All required confirmations must be submitted to Steckman Ridge by the close of business on the tenth business day after the end of the applicable gas day.

6. Pursuant to Section 32 of the General Terms and Conditions of Steckman Ridge FERC Gas Tariff, Steckman Ridge is waiving the requirements in NAESB WGQ Standard No. 0.3.4 that Customer acknowledge receipt of Steckman Ridge request for information needed by Steckman Ridge in order to perform a creditworthiness evaluation for such Customer.
