Blanket Tariff Waiver

Notice Text:

1. Under Rate Section 4.1(d) of its General Terms and Conditions, and unless otherwise posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website, Southeast Supply Header (SESH) is allowing Shippers to take delivery of gas in excess of uniform hourly rates so long as such non-ratable deliveries do not pose a threat to the operations of the system or SESH's ability to meet its firm obligations.

2. Under Section 4.2 of its General Terms and Conditions, SESH is currently implementing all revised intraday nominations subject to confirmation by upstream and downstream meter operators and if such nomination is permitted by the system's operating conditions, in SESH's reasonable judgment, unless notice to the contrary is posted in the Critical Notices Section of this website.

3. Under Section 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, SESH is allowing parties to submit predetermined allocation methodologies "(PDA") at any time up until one (1) hour before the end of the Gas Day.

4. SESH will waive the provisions of Sections 4.2 and 7.1 of its General Terms and Conditions and NAESB WGQ Standard Nos. 1.3.7 and 2.3.5 in order to make retroactive adjustments for SESH errors, reconciliations of operational balancing agreements, and scheduled volume discrepancies identified at interconnecting facilities outside of the NAESB WGQ standard confirmation cycles. In addition, SESH will accept, for a period of up to three business days after the end of a gas day, retroactive adjustments for customer errors provided that the requested changes (i) are authorized by all affected parties, (ii) improve an imbalance position for the parties impacted, (iii) do not cause scheduled volume discrepancies at interconnecting arbitrage, and (iv) do not impact SESH or other customers in a detrimental manner. All required confirmations must be submitted to SESH by the close of business on the tenth business day after the end of the applicable gas day.

5. Under Section 26.7 (a)(2) of its General Terms and Conditions, SESH is not conducting Net Present Value auctions for requests for firm contracts with terms of less than 90 days.

6. Pursuant to Section 18 of the General Terms and Conditions of SESH FERC Gas Tariff, SESH is waiving the requirements in NAESB WGQ Standard No. 0.3.4 that Customer acknowledge receipt of SESH request for information needed by SESH in order to perform a creditworthiness evaluation for such Customer.

7. Pursuant to Section 18 of the General Terms and Conditions of SESH FERC Gas Tariff, SESH may mutually agree with Customer to allow Customer more than (15) days to provide the security required by GT&C Section 27.3 if Customer needs additional time to provide such security and has demonstrated a good faith effort to provide such security.
