Notice of Award of Firm Capacity
February 2, 2021
NEXUS Gas Transmission, LLC received a request for firm service under Rate Schedule FT-1 from Zone SZ to Zone M2; the Maximum Daily Quantity ("MDQ") is 25,000 Dth. The capacity has been awarded for a primary term beginning November 1, 2021 and ending October 31, 2022.
Pursuant to Section 3.4 of the General Terms and Conditions of NEXUS Gas Transmission, LLC's FERC Gas Tariff, the requested capacity was awarded on a first-come, first-served basis to FREEPOINT COMMODITIES LLC, for firm service under Rate Schedule FT-1 from Zone SZ to Zone M2; the Maximum Daily Quantity ("MDQ") is 25,000 Dth. The capacity has been awarded for a primary term beginning November 1, 2021 and ending October 31, 2022.
